Founder

Neil Sarkhel

Neil Sarkhel is a real estate fund manager, capital raiser, and business builder with 16 years of institutional real estate private equity experience.

Over ten years at Newcore Capital, he helped build a UK real estate fund management business to $800m of assets under management — structuring seven institutional funds, raising $600m+ of capital, and managing 120+ investor relationships across pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. He exited his ownership stake in August 2025.

Neil holds a Masters in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, attended the Oxford Real Estate Programme at Saïd Business School, and began his career at Goldman Sachs in London. He is based in Dubai.
